Refund Policy:

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new and unused condition.

We offer refunds/exchange only if the product is damaged or not working properly, and not in any other condition.

 If the product arrives damaged, you will be eligible for a refund. However, once you receive the order, it is mandatory to record and send us an unboxing video. Our refund policy is valid only if the item is received damaged or broken.

To return an item, please contact us and send us a video of the defective/damaged product and we will generate a return authorization for you after verifying it. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

REFUNDS
